Research and Presentations by Jennifer Miller Haight
Jennifer Haight is a senior research specialist at Chapin Hall. She has worked extensively with staff from public and private child welfare agencies to help them use their data more effectively to understand the functioning of child welfare systems. A particular focus has been incorporating information about abuse and neglect incidents into analyses of child welfare outcomes. She has worked most recently on launching a performance-based contracting initiative for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services. She also has been involved in conducting and staffing Chapin Hall’s Administrative Data Institutes, which are educational forums to help various jurisdictions use longitudinal data for research and analysis. She holds a B.A. degree from Grinnell College and an M.A. from the State University of New York.
