Grand Victoria Foundation has asked Chapin Hall to work with Communityworks Early Childhood Consultation, providing individual and group technical assistance to fifteen local community foundations in Illinois. The consultation will deepen their understanding of the early care and education, facilitate communication and collaborations among the foundations, and help to build their capacity to improve early childhood services in their communities.
