Engagement with Public and Private Social Services Providers
Jennifer Miller Haight
Over the last decade, researchers and experts at Chapin Hall and the Center for State Foster Care and Adoption Data have worked with multiple sources of administrative data to create a sophisticated suite of analytic tools that permit wide-ranging analysis of program and fiscal performance for public and private social services providers. The body of knowledge these experts have developed by using these tools extends broadly and can be applied widely in a variety of contexts. Chapin Hall is partnering with NECCO, a child and family serving private agency that operates programs and provides child and family services in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia, to assist them in maximizing their use of administrative data through the development of several data tools. Chapin Hall will be developing an analytics database, producing key metrics to identify outcomes, incorporate outcome metrics into NECCO’s Quality Assurance Program, and providing fiscal analysis.
