Adonia Bekele is a Project Assistant at Chapin Hall. At Chapin Hall, Bekele conducts research on populations of children vulnerable to displacement and/or abuse across the United States. His current work includes optimizing forecasting systems on foster care populations for the state of Texas. Prior to joining Chapin Hall, Bekele consulted on human capital growth investment in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. He also has experience working with teenagers in Chicago Public Schools on college admissions and applications. Bekele received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
