Senior Support Technician
Danny Carroll is the Senior Support Technician at Chapin Hall, providing technical support across the organization. Carroll’s duties include installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. He troubleshoots hardware and software issues and provides end user training and assistance. Carroll provides frontline IT support for employees working both in Chicago and remotely. He implements policies and procedures relevant to system provisioning and maintenance, ensuring alignment with organization goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining Chapin Hall, Carroll worked in the IT industry for 6 years. Previously, he was Technical Support Technician with Baird & Warner, providing technical support, maintaining in-house equipment and IT assets, and responding to service requests.
Carroll earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology from the University of Southern Illinois in Carbondale.
