Jada Armour

Human Resources Director

Jada Armour is the Human Resources Director for Chapin Hall. As the top HR administrator, Armour leads the organization in an assortment of areas pertaining to talent management, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.

Armour has over 20 years of significant experience in human resources. Prior to joining Chapin Hall, Armour was Human Resources Director at Bridgestone Americas, where she led HR strategies for the Information Technology division. While there, Armour transformed IT and played an instrumental role in the centralization of North American and Latin American operations. Armour has held managerial positions across human resources within the manufacturing, chemical, automotive, and food and beverage industries. She has worked at the divisional, regional, and operational levels for Ford, Pepsi, and Valspar. She started her professional career supporting children and families while employed by Family Services of King County, Washington.

Armour earned her MBA with an emphasis in organizational development from the University of Washington. She received a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism from Loyola University in New Orleans. Armour holds membership with the Society for Human Resource Management and has certificates in Executive Leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina and in Negotiating and Administering the Labor Contract from the University of Michigan.
