Associate Policy Analyst
Jenna Chapman is an Associate Policy Analyst at Chapin Hall. She is currently working on the TANF Data Innovation project, as well as the evaluation of the Child Care and Development Block Grant implementation in Illinois. She is also helping with the migration of key Chapin Hall digital resources to a new platform.
Before starting with Chapin Hall in March 2018, Chapman worked as a Data Analyst for the Illinois State Board of Education. She was primarily responsible for the analysis and dissemination of the agency’s Early Childhood Division data, in addition to multiple other data collection and reporting systems. She also produced program-level reports for the state legislature and other external stakeholders.
Chapman holds a Master of Arts in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.
