Associate Policy Analyst
Jenna Reardanz is an Associate Policy Analyst at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. In her role, she works to support Chapin Hall’s efforts to improve outcomes for children and families.
Before joining Chapin Hall, Reardanz worked as a Junior Policy Associate at the Research to Policy Collaboration at Pennsylvania State University. In this position she worked to support the collaborative efforts to join content experts and legislators on areas of common interest and knowledge related to child and family policy. She also worked to evaluate those who engaged in this collaborative process. Additionally, Reardanz worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Alabama. Her research focus centered around child development, specifically focusing on disability, social development, and peer relationships. She has also worked as a Family Visitation Supervisor and in residential youth treatment.
Reardanz holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Sciences from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Whitworth University.
