Chapin Hall

Marvin Childs is the Building Services Assistant at Chapin Hall. In this role, Childs assists with preparing spaces for everyday use, including Chapin Hall’s conference rooms, kitchens, and other common spaces. Childs is a part of Chapin Hall’s Building Services team and helps with room setups and office moves. Childs oversees Chapin Hall’s mailroom and manages incoming and outgoing mail.

Prior to coming to Chapin Hall, Childs worked at Caterpillar in Aurora, IL. At Caterpillar, he was part of a team that built bulldozers. He also worked at Continental Technology in Carol Stream, IL, where he delivered computers and computer parts.

Childs graduated from Hyde Park Career Academy.
