Chapin Hall

Michele Smith is the Billing Coordinator at Chapin Hall. In this role, she provides support to the organization’s Financial Operations department. Smith reviews and compiles data to prepare invoices, processes transactions into electronic billing systems, and ensures proper delivery of invoices to sponsors.

Prior to joining Chapin Hall, Smith was the AR Analyst for the Archdiocese of Chicago. She was responsible for processing invoices for schools and churches, ensuring proper payment application to customer accounts, and making manual check deposits.

Smith received a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University of Chicago.
