Tessa Zevallos

Director of Development

Tessa Zevallos serves as the Director of Development for Chapin Hall. Partnering closely with the Executive Director, she oversees the development strategy to elevate Chapin Hall’s impact across the nation in improving equity and well-being for children, youth, and families. As a member of Chapin Hall’s administrative leadership team, she ensures the development program is aligned with the organization’s values, vision, and mission. She also collaborates with the leadership team to mobilize a network of Champions committed to advancing Chapin Hall’s growth and innovation.

Prior to joining Chapin Hall in 2022, Zevallos served as the National Director of Strategic Partnerships at Avodah. Zevallos brings a program practitioner’s lens to development, having served as a youth worker, a teacher, an advocate, and a Peace Corps Volunteer in Peru before shifting to development work.
