Bianca Burnside is a Project Associate at Chapin Hall, where she supports research and initiatives aimed at improving the well-being of children, youth, and families. In this role, she contributes to project coordination, organizes critical information, and helps strengthen communication across teams to keep work moving forward effectively and with purpose. Burnside brings several years of hands-on experience supporting the growth and development of children and families throughout Champaign County. Her work has helped create meaningful opportunities for learning, connection, and positive outcomes, and she takes pride in being part of efforts that uplift and empower communities.

Deeply passionate about social impact, Burnside approaches her work with both dedication and heart.
