Chapin Hall

Imani Henry is the Human Resources Benefits Analyst at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. In her role, Henry focuses on benefits administration, human resources operations, and compliance. She also serves as a backup timekeeper for the HR Payroll Administrator.

Prior to joining Chapin Hall, Henry worked at Chicago Behavioral Hospital as a Human Resources Coordinator and A Safe Haven as a Human Resources Generalist, where she gained a valuable skill set in employee engagement, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and more.

Henry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University and a Master’s degree in Adult and Higher Education from Northern Illinois University.
