Development Manager

Jessica Toussaint brings over a decade of expertise to her role as the Development Manager at Chapin Hall, where she plays a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding the organization’s development strategies. Collaborating closely with the Director of Development, Toussaint ensures the seamless execution of development initiatives, contributing to the organization’s mission of improving equity and well-being for children, youth, and families.

With a wealth of experience in philanthropy, strategic planning, and leadership development, Toussaint has held key roles as the Senior Development Coordinator at NYU Langone Health and Development Manager at Family Life Communications. In these positions, she excelled in orchestrating successful fundraising initiatives, enhancing donor relationships, fostering a culture of generosity, and leading development operations with precision.

Toussaint has an MBA in Management and Leadership and a BS in Special Education, both from Dowling College. She has a certificate in Organizational and Community Leadership from Adelphi University and a certificate in Advance Leadership Intensive from LEADNYC.
