Jordyn Albert

Human Resources Generalist

Jordyn Albert is a Human Resources Generalist at Chapin Hall. She plays an integral role in the full spectrum of human resources and organizational development activities at ChapinHall. She works closely with the Human Resources Director and other Chapin Hall leaders to offer support and guidance to the organization regarding talent acquisition, talent management, professional development, reporting and compliance.

Prior to joining Chapin Hall, Albert worked at the Target Corporation as a Human Resources Manager. During her time at Target, she demonstrated a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. She also developed and managed HR strategies and goals while delivering results through 200+ team members.

Albert received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business at Lake Forest College.
