Yvonne Fox

Associate Policy Analyst

Yvonne Fox is an Associate Policy Analyst at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. Yvonne supports Chapin Hall’s work with state government and child welfare agencies implementing system transformation initiatives. Their work focuses on capacity building and implementation of Family First Prevention Services Act as well as supporting Kinship and Transition-Age Youth Navigation. Fox is especially interested in centering youth and families in innovative and equitable program development.

Prior to joining Chapin Hall, Fox acquired over 6 years of macro practice experience managing and innovating program operations to support young adults aging out of child welfare in Virginia. Fox also previously worked as a research assistant for the VCU School of Social Work. Their work focused on using participatory action research and community capacity building to address youth homelessness in the Greater Richmond area.

Fox holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Administration, Planning and Policy Practice from Virginia Commonwealth University. Fox holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Development from the University of Virginia.
