Webinar explores child welfare and human service system transformation through community leadership

How can child welfare and other human service systems best put communities in the lead as they seek to support families? A panel of experts will answer that question in an upcoming Chapin Hall Webinar Systems Transformation through Community Leadership: Moving Upstream Together at 2 p.m. CST on Tuesday, Sept. 20.
Leaders of federal, state, and local human service systems increasingly recognize that they need to look to the community to move toward equity and support family thriving, but many are struggling to find a way forward. This year Chapin Hall elevated key strategies for doing just that in a series of Equity Bulletins on Systems Transformation about prior efforts to engage community in systems change.
During the webinar, panelists will explore how systems can learn from and center youth, families, and community members whose lives are intertwined with these systems.
