Isabelle Cadrot
Senior Communications Coordinator
Isabelle Cadrot is the Senior Communications Coordinator at Chapin Hall, where she collaborates with research, policy, and administrative staff to craft internal and external communication materials. She creates and updates project management systems and works with multiple teams to coordinate plans for organizational releases. Cadrot also manages Chapin Hall’s public social media—crafting text, graphics, and video to communicate life-changing research in an accessible way to change-makers at all levels. She is in charge of webinar production at Chapin Hall, and internal communications is a big focus for her. She brought on a new internal email platform to communicate with staff and helps build staff connection by producing the organization’s monthly internal newsletter. Cadrot leads communications trainings for new hires and workshops to help staff enhance their communications.
Prior to joining Chapin Hall, Cadrot was the Digital Communications Manager for the Village of Riverwoods, where she re-conceptualized and implemented the township’s social media strategy and updated staff and community policies. Previously, she worked in the environmental nonprofit arena as Outreach Coordinator for the Brushwood Center at Ryerson Woods, where she promoted the annual fundraiser.
